选择职业还有一个很重要的标准，就是是否擅长这件事情，如果对一件事情完全的没有能力和天赋，并且也不想要去学习，只是一味的觉得喜欢他也是不可以的，如果一个人擅长一件事情，在这件事情上没有天赋，那么他所要付出的努力可能就可以比别人少一些，而且如果他跟别人付出的是同样的努力，那么他就会比别人优秀。但我们决定要怎样做职业规划之后，也要知道我们要怎样为我们的职业做准备，当我们选择一个职业的时候，也要尽力的提高自己某方面的能力与之匹配。在我看来做职业生涯规划还有一点很重要的就是这一个职业在未来的前进这一点是非常现实的，但是也是很有道理的，因为如果你很喜欢一件事情，但是他几乎是没有出路的，那么这一个职业就是不好从事的也是不好赚钱的`，但是人活在世界上不赚钱是不行的，所以在选择自己的时候就要选择有前景的，至少是不要是那种没有前景的职业。做职业规划的时候一定要注意这三点，而且做好这一个话之后也要为自己的目标而努力的奋斗着，不是说做了职业规划就不需要努力了，就像是一个人有了梦想，但是却不去实现一样。所有的人都有梦想，但是实现的人并不多，这就要检验人是否都有恒心，有毅力，为了自己的目标而不懈的努力，如果我想要在职场上面拔得一筹，比别人更优秀，就要付出更多的努力。
做好职业规划之后，一定要冲着自己的目标努力的实现，提高自己的实力，特别是在大学的期间，在大学的期间有很多可以支配自己时间的地方，我们可以好好的利用这段时间提高自己某方面的能力，以后的简历也会好看一些，也能被更好的单位所录取，再充实简历的同时，也能提高自己一个方面的能力，这些能力在以后的职场中会有用武之地的。
A few days ago,I attend acareer planningseminar,at which someHRexperts and a few successful graduates shared their views on the importance of career planning and the ways to achieve it.
From my point of view,it benefits me alot as I have learned much from it.First of all,it is essential college student,whether he is about to graduate or not,make a plan forhis career development so that he konws clearly what he wants in the working world and waht he needs to prepare for it.Furthermore,we college students are suppose to have a proper career plan with rational aims.If weoverestimateourselves and set too ambitious a goal,we may well fail to achieve it and lose confidence inourselves.
To conculde,it is my sincere hope that all college students can start planning their own career from this very moment so that they can be well prepared forthe future.

拥有一份规划，我们也是知道，要达成，是该怎么样的努力，自己的能力方面又是哪些是有的'，哪些又是要继续的去学习，去提升的，这样就有了一个行动的动力了，而不是盲目的去学习，去找一份工作，那样没有规划，其实也是无法让我们知道自己的努力是为了什么又是有哪些可以去努力的方向，很多的时候，树立好了一个目标，朝着这个目标去做好规划去前行，知道自己的努力没有白费，也是会特别的有成就感。很多的时候，其实在学校里面也是如此，如果自己没有一个成绩的目标，虽然也是会去努力，但是效果也是很不相同，而此次的职业规划课也是告诉了我们，要有自己的职场目标，去做好规划，然后去实行，这过程中也是让自己更了解自己擅长什么，清楚自己哪些能力要去提升，这样有了目的，做起来其实也是会更加的有动力。
做好职场的规划，也是对于我们人生的负责，虽然说人生不一定是按照计划来进行，但是有了一个计划，我们的人生其实也是有了目标，而不是盲目的生活，那样当有了挫折，我们也是容易颓废，容易让自己不知道该怎么样的努力。而在规划里面去做事情，遇到困难我们会去克服，只为了让我们的规划能执行到位，同时也是有了方向，不会迷茫，不会让我们觉得自己的努力是白费的，看到了希望也是可以在实际的工作或者生活之中更加的积极去行动起来。规划也是对于我们在校的学生来说，让我们知道，了解自己熟悉自己的一个过程而想要做好规划，其实也是只有清楚自己是想要什么，明白自己能做什么，擅长的方面又是什么。
这样来定好规划，也是能更好的去执行，而不是盲目的一个目标，或者完全是会不切实际的样子，那样的话，也是很难去实现的，也是感激此次的职业规划课，让我知道怎么样的去努力去发展了。

In conclusion, a focus on career development rather than an initial financial gain will improve employee job satisfaction now and in the future.

我现在已经大三了，很快就要毕业了，在毕业之前，我们进行了一堂职业规划课程，当时我就在想这样的课程有什么用呢？路还不是人走出来的吗？现在规划好，将来走不了又有什么用呢？但是当我在这一堂课程里学习了之后，我就不那 老师在上课的是时候说了一句，“每个人的未来如果没有规划，就很容易偏航，也很容易南辕北辙。就像在大海里丢掉了指南针，全部是一样的海水，一样的海平线，你又怎么知道哪里才是你想去的出口呢？”
其实听完老师说的话之后，我就开始有一些思考了。我以前总觉得享受现在最重要，我不喜欢想事情，做事情也总是喜欢走一步算一步，其实说下来，还是我太不管事了，对自己太不上心了。我们每个人的青春都是有限的，现在我所浪费的时间也就是我充满生机的青春啊。回想起过去几年的日子，我就发现自己真的太懒惰了，不仅在行为上懒惰，在思想上也是非常懒惰的。这让我感到有些后悔，也让我突然间就清醒了一些，对未来也稍微有一些紧张了。
我的确没有认真的。去计划过自己未来到底要做什么，从小到大我的父母都给我安排好了路，跟着走已� 这才是我自己的人生，才是我最应该去走的道路。
上完这堂课之后，我也反思了自己很久，最终我还是想明白了，我想继续按着自己现在喜欢的方向前进，也就是继续坚持我的专业，不管是接下来的大学时光还是之后进入社会，我都想在这个领域里继续去突破一次，成长一次。这是我接下来的目标，也是我接下来前行的方向。

我们可能每个人在很小的时候就会问自己，我长大之后想做什么呢，那个时候我们有很多的爱好，有人喜欢唱歌，有人喜欢跳舞，有人喜欢画画，我们好像总是目光非常的远大，目标也非常的宏伟，总觉得无论是什么我们都可以做到，但是等我们越长越大之后，就会发现想象和现实之间是有一定的层次的，或许我们小时候想的非常的美好，但是越长越大就发现想要完成小时候的目标，其实不是那么容易的，需要付出非常多的努力，甚至还需要天赋。我记得在我们小时候总是喜欢玩老师同学的游戏，那个时候就非常的想要当一个老师，觉得教书育人是一件非常有趣的事情，但是当我们越长越大就会发现老师也有很多的辛苦和道不明的劳累，他们有很多的苦衷，在生活上也并不是那么的一帆风顺，无论是哪一个职业都会碰到或多或少的困难，都会在这个领域有着一定的挫折和不想面对的事情，所以当我们越长越大之后，就会把目光放得更加的现实，也不会天马行空的去想象以后我们的职业。
为自己想好以后的人生道路是非常重要的，毕竟人活在这个世界上可能前二十年需要我们的父母来养活我们，我们不需要去挣钱，但是父母也有老去的一天，他们有一天也需要我们来照顾，而人类生存和德育发展的基础就是物质资料，我们想要生存和发展下去，就必须要得到一份工作，得到生活上的薪水，才能够用来满足生活上面各种物品的需要。有很多人是从小下单的职业和以后的职业不一样的，因为人都是要被迫于现实的，我们可能在一生中需要换很多的职业，一个人从始到终都从事着一个职业，那是不可能的，因为我们总是要在自己的人生道路上面进行探索，来探求自己办的适合哪份工作，那是喜欢哪份工作，如果我们一直从事着一个非常高强度并且自己不喜欢的`工作，那么总有一天也会爆发的，会想要去辞职去从事另外一个行业，也就是所谓的跳槽。
天上人能够从一开始就想好自己要做什么，以至于到一生都是这个职业，大部分的人都是要在自我探索和摸索的过程中找到适合自己的职业，我们在做自己的职业规划的时候，也可以想想自己擅长什么，或者是想做什么，因为如果你想做这个事情就会有更多的动力去完成，如果你不喜欢一件事情，感觉做什么事情好像都是逼着你做的，这样也没有主动的积极性去完成一件事情，效率也就不会有那么高。
做好职业生涯的规划是很重要的，因为从一开始我们就要给自己定了一个目标，然后再慢慢的实现，所有的事情都不是一蹴而就的。

I always knew that I wanted to apply for english-related jobs.My dream career is an english interpreter.And I want to be an english teacher after I quit the interpreting job.I dont just want to be confined by one job.Changing my career once or twice,I can acquire different experience and enrich my life.As part of my career planning I made a strict schedule for myself to keep to.In my first year in university,I extended my vocabulary and learned grammar very hard.I knew that I should have a thorough grounding in english if I wanted to use it fluently in the future,especially if I wanted to translate freely.In grade two,I began to apply for some part-time interpreting jobs.I knew that I should gain enough work experience,so as to win in the exceedingly competitive job market.
Moreover,I got to know more foreigners,who would help me a lot with my future In grade three,I begin to send my CV to foreign-owned companies for internship.I clearly know that it is too late if I send CV to apply for jobs when graduation is close-at-hand.In grade four,if the company where I have the internship is content with me,I would stay there after graduating from the university.If not,I would send CVs to other companies.After earning enough money and acquiring enough experience,I would change my career into an english teacher.Being a teacher I would have more spare time to be at my disposal.With my good mastering of english I think I am qualified for an english teacher.As for the teaching skills,I would certainly attend some good teachers classes to learn from them.I would also communicate with the students to get to know what they are thinking and what they really need.During the years as a teacher,I would teach the students my own way of english learning,show the outside world to them,and introduce new ideas to them,so as to broaden their horizons.

讲座的内容不是很多，加上后面的提问活动，一共持续了一个半小时。时间虽短，感受还是有的。给我印象最深的还是那一句“成功的人际关系是建立在知识传递基础上的。”“你的知识地图有多大？”当被问及这个问题时，我发现学了十几年，却从来没有考虑过，我的知识地图是有哪些组成的？我的'知识来源于哪里？课本、老师，还有吗？原来我的知识来源如此的狭隘。向课本学习是我们最经常的，向老师学习是因为他们比我们阅历、学历丰富，向上学习是最简单的方法，可是学习的方向并不是单一的直线式。更多的时候需要我们去挖掘一条横向的线路——横向学习。是啊，我们一味的向比我们有丰富学识的长辈学习，但我们忘了其实我们身边有很多我们可以学习的对象，古曰“三人行必有我师”不就是这个含义嘛。学习扩张自己的知识地图。
还有一个需要牢记的是对待事务的态度。这是通过比较成功者和失败者的区别来比较的。成功者 后面还有几句比较的句子，我由于看不清楚屏幕所以就没有写下来，但我还是觉得我体会到了些东西：其实只有自己认为可以做到，才会有信心做好，成功者首先看到的是希望，而失败者最先看到的困难，所以他们注定要失败。有人说细节决定成败，也有人说性格决定成败，其实决定成败的因素很多，态度亦可以。

Recently lattended a career planning seminar. This seminar mainly discussed the importance of career planning and told us as college students how to plan our careers.

Besides, I also got some essential career planning strategies. I understood that I can set short-term goals and long-term goals for my career, and by achieving those realistic, achievable,time-bound short-terms goals can I realize my long-term dream step by step.
