根据公司业务与发展的需要,甲方有意向聘用乙方。双方本着平等自愿、协商一致的原则,达成以下聘用意向:一、工作内容:甲方拟聘用乙方在世界证券交易员岗位,从事工作。

二、拟聘用期限:从 年 月 日起至 年 月 日至。

三、工资待遇:公司对员工采用基本工资+绩效工资的考核方式。对参加岗前培训并达到合格要求的'员工(单月业绩达到20__美金或连续两个月均达到1500美金以上即为合格),最低基本工资为20__元(人民币),绩效工资最低按照每月净业绩(业绩收入—账户基本费用200美金)的40%进行计提。

四、关于培训期间的规定

员工签订《聘用意向书》之后,必须按照公司规定的时间参加岗前培训,在岗前培训期间须遵守公司关于培训的相关制度。员工在此期间,公司不提供任何除培训本身之外的福利待遇。公司在培训期间,免费向员工提供可以进行实盘操作的账户,不收取任何费用。

五、关于培训押金及其返还

员工在签订《聘用意向书》之后,须向公司缴纳1000元(人民币)押金,如果在培训期间,员工无视公司有关制度,随意旷课,致使培训工作无法完成,押金不予退回;对能够按时参加岗前培训(无论是否达到合格要求),培训期结束后,均返还押金;对于培训合格,由于本人原因不能与公司签订聘用合同的员工,押金不予返还。

六、关于签订正式用工合同的规定

对按时参加岗前培训并能达到合格要求的员工,公司将与员工签订正式的聘用合同,聘用期暂定为3年。

甲方有意聘用乙方为外籍教师,乙方有意受聘并接受甲方所提供的基本待遇。双方本着平等自愿,协商一致的原则,达成以下本意向书:

Party A intends to employ Party B as a foreign teacher and Party B is willing to be employed and accept basic compensation provided by Party A .Party A and Party B come to the following employment agreement on the basis of equality ,free will and mutual consent:

一、工作内容:甲方拟聘用乙方从事英语教师工作。

Position: Party A wil employ Party B in the position of ESL teacher .

二、拟聘用期限:从____________起至____________止。

The prospective employment term shall commence on____________ and end on____________.

三、工资待遇:乙方每月工资为______元(税前),甲方为乙方提供工作期间的免费住房或住房补贴。正式起薪日为正式合同签署日。

Remuneration: Party B shall be entitled to ____________ RMB per month (before tax ).Party A will provide free accommodation or a housing allowance for Party B.The salary starts from the day when both sides sign the formal contract.

四、保险:乙方持工作签证并与甲方签署正式聘用合同后,甲方为乙方购买人身意外和公共交通意外保险。乙方获得当地公安机关颁法的《居留许可证》后的下一个月起,甲方为乙方购买社会保险(养老保险、综合医疗保险、住院医疗保险和工伤保险)。社会保险卡将由政府职能部门于乙方取得《居留许可证》后50个工作日左右发放给乙方(节假日顺延)并开始持卡享受中国国民一样的上述社会保险待遇。乙方如需就医,须在社会保险定点医院就医并按社会保险规定承担相应比例的费用,在非定点医院就医费用自理;受聘方的挂号、就医交通、镶牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼镜、住院就餐和服用非医疗性的滋补药品以及医生出诊等费用自理。

Insurance :Party A will buy personal accident and public transportation risks insurance for Party B after both arriving in China on a work Z.visa and signing a formal employment contract.Party A will buy social insurance ( including pension,comprehensive Medicare,hospitalization and injury on job site ) for Party B will after getting the Resident Permit from the Public Security Bureau.Under this insurance card will be issued by the Social Insurance Bureau around 50 work days after receiving the Resident Permit (will be delayed if there`s a holiday). If party B needs to see a doctor ,he/she has to visit doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and undertake the relevant proportion of expenses.If Party B sees a doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and undertake the relevant proportion of expenses.If Party B sees a doctor at a hospital not covered by the insurance plan,he/she needs to pay all the expenses; including outpatient registry,transportation, dental care,face-lifting,therapeutic massage,filling a prescription for glasses,hospitalized dinning and taking of nutritious food as well as appointing doctors.

五、其他条款以报到后签订的正式合同为准。

六、注意事项:

Notice:

1.乙方在签署聘用意向书后应该立即准备以下文件给甲方用于办理签证相关文件:

Party B shall provide following documents after signing the Employment Intention Letter:

1)护照复印件及过往所有的中国签证复印件

Scanned copy of their passport and all Chinese visas

2)最高学历证书扫描件

Scanned copy of their highest school certificates.

3)教师资格证书扫描件

Scanned copy of their teaching certificate

4)健康体检报告扫描件

Scanned copy of their healthy check

5)无犯罪记录

Scanned copy of their Non- criminal record

6)亲笔签署姓名的简历

Scanned copy of their resume with signature at the bottom

7)推荐信

Scanned copy of recommendation letters

乙方需在签署意向书后1个月内提供甲方所需的办证文件,乙方如因提供的资料不齐或延误,造成无法如期办证,责任自负。

All Documents requested must be provided by Party B ‘s visa

2.待甲方收集齐乙方提供的所需文件后,办证时间需要2个月左右。相关文件办理完毕后甲方会将文件以快递形式寄送给乙方,请乙方务必及时到所在地中国使领馆办理工作签证并持工作签证入境。

It will take about two months to process the visa application in China and only be started after Party A has received all necessary documents mentioned above from Party B .Upon receiving this necessary paperwork, Party B shall go to Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply for work visa (Z visa) and shall only enter China on this visa which is needed for legal employment on mailand China.

3.乙方来中国时,请确保带上最高学历证书原件、教师资格证原件以及无犯罪记录原件以通过政府职能部门的审核。若无法提供原件或遭政府职能部门拒绝,甲方将无法为乙方进行居留许可申请并意味着聘用关系的提前终止。同时,乙方入境后需进行健康检查和警察局面谈,如因身体原因或在中国境内曾有非法工作/犯罪行为等因素无法办理居留许可的,甲方唯有解除合约。

While coming to China to begin employment, Party B must bring their original highest university diploma, original teaching certificate and original police background check as requested by the Foreign Expert Bureau.Failure to bring these original documents or rejection by Government Bureaus for any reason will prevent Party A from being able to apply resident permit for Party B and willresult in early termination of the employment relationship. Party B will need to take a healthy check and a police interview after entering China, if any factors to the fault of Party B such as health or employment/legal history cause them fail to get the resident permit,Party A has no choice except to terminate the contract.

该协议经双方签署后开始生效,有效期最长为6 个月,但到双方签署正式聘用合同时终止。

This letter will be valid for 6 months when endorsed by both sides, and will be terminated after the formal employment contract is signed.

根据罗甸县关于人员聘用制度实施意见的文件精神,以及《X中学教师聘任实施方案》。经双方协商,特订立如下聘约:

一、甲方聘任乙方为_____班班主任职务,任_____班_____学科教学工作,聘期从20xx年9月1日至20xx年8月31日。

二、任职期满前,甲方根据需要和乙方在任职期间的实绩,提出连聘和解聘的意见,并通知乙方。

三、乙方应履行的具体职责:

1、拥护中国中国共产党的领导,贯彻执行党的教育政策,实施素质教育,遵纪守法,热爱学生,教书育人,为人师表,做学生的表率。

2、自觉遵守《中华人民共和国教师法》《中小学教师职业道德规范》《中华人民共和国义务教育法》以及《栗木中学教师管理制度》等法律法规,爱岗敬业,自觉执行学校的相关制度,用心参加学校开展的各项活动,完成学校分配的各项任务。

四、具有以下状况之一者,能够解除聘约。

1、在聘任期内违法合同的,连续旷工超过10个工作日或一年内累计旷工超过20个工作日的。

2、在工作期间被证明不贴合本岗位要求又不一样意单位调整工作的。

3、违反工作规定或操作规程,发生安全职责事故,或者失职、渎职、造成严重后果的。

4、未经单位同意在外兼职,严重影响本职工作,或严重损害本单位合法权利的。
