在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。整个教学过程中由于学生的掌握情况不同，会出现了优差分层。不同学生的学习兴趣也不同，有的学生是视觉行的，喜欢通过优美的图片和实物来学习；有的学生是听觉型的，喜欢在有韵律的音乐中学习。因此对于相同内容，就需要设计不同的练习形式。目的是照顾更多的学生。
