再一个好的是，我收到的是你们全班每一个人的礼物，每人的一句话都是和我的交流，每个祝福都让我感到自然亲切。我之前也向大家征求过几次建议，但都是匿名的这次是署名的，虽然内容可能不是完全真实，但我喜欢。由于时间仓促，我只看了两个同学的留言。其中一个同学说：“你很自信，有时也很自恋，当然了自恋也是要有实力的，你有这个实力。”在这里我想说，什么是教育？无数个教育家下过无数个定义，我最喜欢的一个是：教育就是把从书本上学到的知识忘记后留下来的。我为你们的老师，很多时候就是想在你们面前起到一个精神支柱的作用，我有烦恼、迷茫和苦痛，但我要在你们面前展示一个生活强者的形象，展示一个对人生时刻充满信心与希望的形象，展示一个具有积极心态，步伐坚定的迈向自己人生理想的形象，当然，大部分时间我就是这样。
更让我感动的是在这个瓶子上有你们写下的一句话：人生是可以雕塑的。这是我们的校训，也是我传播给你们的。你们写下了，证明你们记住了，或许已经认同了，甚至正在影响着你们。这让我感到我所持有的教育理想选对了方向，不仅传授你们生物学上的知识，更要训练你们的做人处事、人生态度。在我们相处的这些日子里，我一直努力着用我的真实感动你们，用我的真诚感染你们，用我的真心感化你们，在逐见成效的时候，那种人生的成就感悠然而生。
我一直坚持：教师是对物质与精神双重追求的职业。我需要钱来养家糊口，我也需要来自精神上的成功与满足。从昨天开始，我陆续收到学生的祝福短信，让我很是感动，有现在的学生，有我去年带的学生，有我第一年实习时带的学生，尤其让我感动的是他们记住我了，记住的更多的是我的*、笑容和理想，也许这些比我所教授的课本知识更让他们感觉受益吧。
做一个有影响力的人是我的人生目标，我也希望同学们能够以善良的眼光看人看事，以积极的心态待人待事，考入大学不是成功的途径，但态度决定一切，积极的心态定会祝你走向认识的成功。

在我工作的756天里，每一天都被一些东西感动着。那些用真诚、用奉献、用爱心书写的心灵日记让我历历难忘。坐落在浉河北岸的局机关院内规划有序、花草茂盛，威严庄重的办公楼设施齐全、宽敞明亮。我们的财政队伍斗志昂扬、热情饱满、团结拼搏、迎难而上!200**年阳光明媚的三月，为了全面打造学习型、服务型、效能型、廉洁型机关，浉河区财政局领导班子在省级文明单位的基础上竖起了效能建设的旗帜，在全区财政系统开展了绩效能级制考核活动。建立了科学的考核系统和严格的考核指标，实行指纹打卡、学习上岗、上岗挂牌、人员去向卡制度。局领导以身作则，率先垂范抓制度、抓落实、抓服务，严格考试、考勤和考评。过去那种“八点上班九点到，十点还在街上绕”的现象不见了，“门难进、脸难看、话难听、事难办”的衙门作风更是消失得无影无踪，现如今，大家讲学习，比工作，优服务，乐奉献蔚然成风。满意在财政，效能树形象的旋律奏响浉河两岸。
在我的身边有一位20多年连续被评为“先进工作者”的老会计。他没有惊天动地的事迹，但他平平常常的日子总是那样充实。参加工作的20xx年来他甘做一头老黄牛，走千家进万户，和农民倾心交谈，大力宣传税改政策;到田间去地头，与村民干部反复测算，掌握第一手数据。无数个白天在酷暑烈日中行走，数不清的夜晚在蚊虫叮咬中度过。哪里有争议和问题，哪里就有他的足迹。累了，坐在田埂上歇一歇;饿了，就啃一口随身携带的方便面。由于基层财政工作的特殊性，他没有八小时之外，也没有节假日的概念。记不清多少次了，当年三十的鞭炮声噼里啪啦爆响时，他才拖着疲惫的步子回到家里。有一次他携带近万元的税款从村里骑摩托车回乡，途中突然下起了暴雨，不巧的是车也熄了火，风雨交加，道路泥泞，又冷又饿的他只有推着车一步一步艰难的前行。自己成了落汤鸡，放在衣兜深处的税款却完好无损。他说：那可都是农民的血汗钱呀，宁愿我自己淋一场病也不能出差错。凡事不干则已，要干就不能让人家戳脊梁骨“。在他的心里干好工作就是最大的荣誉!20xx年实行农村税费改革，为了跟上信息化管理的步伐，年龄大文化水平低的他面对电脑这个一无所知的领域下定决心克服困难，从头学起。这位老同志利用一切业余时间学习电脑知识，从基本的打字到系统的操作，查阅课本、虚心向电脑操作员请教。功夫深，铁杵磨成针，现在他已成为系统操作的能手，乡村的税费改革工作取得了较好的成绩。
值得欣慰和自豪的是在我们财政战线这样的例子还有许许多多。他们没有星期天，没有节假日，工作在基层，吃苦在一线。当都市里华灯初上，无数个家庭晚饭后共享天伦之乐的时候;当情人们双双对对、花前月下，闲庭信步的时候，常常是他们最忙碌的时候。为了开源节流、涵养税源，为了确保工资发放、基层政权运转，他们加班加点，无怨无悔。正因为有了这样一支财政队伍，我们的事业才兴旺发达、生机勃勃;我们的改革才不断深化、与时俱进。才能从199**年的分税制逐步实现部门预算、国库集中支付、政府采购、收支两条线管理等一系列制度创新。
记得劳动模范许振超同志说过这样一句话一代人要有一代人的作为，一代人要有一代人的贡献。当不了科学家，也要争当一名优秀工人。

同学们，大家好。今天，我演讲的题目是：友情。
不论是多情的诗句，漂亮的文章，还是闲暇的快乐，什么都不能代替亲密的友情。这是俄-国著名作家普希金说过的一句话。朋友，你们可曾想过，友谊诚可贵，也是正常心理的需要。一位著名的英国作家作过这么一个比喻：“如果你有一个苹果，我有一个苹果，彼此交换，那么，每个人只有一个苹果;如果你有一个思想，我有一个思想，彼此交换，我们每个人就有了两个思想，甚至多于两个思想。”这足以证明，友谊使人分享更多的欢乐和幸福，有助于排解烦恼和忧愁，还能够促进我们进步。

Learn How to Say No
We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely.
When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.

“Modern and advanced”This society forgets, and ignores the other two thirds of human beings. It's far from the ideal! We call ideal as a utopian, a place where reality does not exist. A few people still look forward to the ideals. We make fun of them, considering they are naive. Will we still be content to live in such a society, if misfortune drops to us? No! Of cause not!
When we feel the warmth of the sun, these people, endure great sorrows and pains. Can we imagine that? They are our brother and sisters!
Facing them, will we still complain about our own misfortune?
Facing them, will we still have the mood shouting for our own freedom? Facing them, will we still want to have more and more unnecessary stuff?
They are unable to meet their needs, even the basic needs of survival! Everyone, as a member of humanity, shouldn't feel ashamed? Our luxury deprived their lives, our indifference violated our soul, and our barbarity destroyed human civilization!
What's the ideal society? It's a society no one worries about their living, a society no one is refused from education, a society everyone can pursue his/her own happiness! 大家好!
阳春三月，春意浓浓，五湖四海，共谈雷锋。在这美好的季节，我们把微笑写在脸上，把春意播撒校园。今天，我为大家奉上的演讲题目是《雷锋永远活在我们心中》。
雷锋，想必大家都非常熟悉，他的事迹，也是家喻户晓的了。可是年仅22岁的他却不幸离开了我们，因此世界上少了个热心肠的、为人民服务的小伙子。但是他那助人为乐、无私奉献的精神却孕育了千千万万个“雷锋”——雷锋永远活在我们心中。
那是八月的一个星期天，天上乌云滚滚，顷刻间“哗哗哗……”天地之间挂起了一面宽大无比的雨帘。我打着雨伞，顶着风，从姑妈家回来，在雨中艰难地向前走。
透过朦胧的雨帘，我看见一个在雨中跌跌撞撞的身影向前挪动着。我紧走几步赶上去，只见那是一位戴着墨镜的老伯伯，手里拄着一根红黄相间的拐杖，雨水顺着脸颊流了下来，衣服都被淋湿了。他一步一滑地摸索着。这一切告诉我，这是一位盲人伯伯。“大伯伯，你要去哪呀?”雨中的我大声地问。“我要回家。”“来，让我送一送你吧!”没等盲人伯伯开口，我便一手搀扶着他，一手撑着雨伞和他一起走在雨中。
雨下得真大啊，路上全是水，分不清哪是路哪是沟，我只好一步一探，慢慢地走。走着走着，我突然发现前面有个水道盖被打开了，而且也没有设置标志。我便停下脚步，对盲人伯伯说：“伯伯，那儿有个水道盖被打开了，对路人来说太危险了，我们把它盖起来吧!”“好，你想得真周到!”说着，盲人伯伯松开我的手，慢慢蹲下来，把手上的拐杖放在一边，摸索着抓住水道口的盖子，和我一起用力，终于把盖子推动，一点一点地向水道口移动。我们费尽九牛二虎之力才把盖子盖好了，我还用脚试了试，确认此地已安全，才搀起盲人伯伯继续踏水而行。雨还在不停地下着，豆大的雨点打在我们的周围，溅起了一朵朵美丽的水花…
今天，我们重提雷锋精神，就是要让心中的爱，化做缕缕春风激荡人心，让人间的温暖，化作绵绵细雨滋润心田。
雷锋是一缕阳光，是一滴水，是一粒粮食，是一颗最小的螺丝钉，虽然他的一生短暂，但他的精神长存，虽然他的一生平凡，但他的形象伟岸!雷锋的点点滴滴，使他永远载进了中华民族的史册，牢牢的印在千千万万中国人的心中，成为我们永恒的榜样。
听!我们那霍镇中心小学学雷锋的号角吹起来了——崇尚雷锋，走进雷锋，传唱雷锋，实践雷锋;看!全体同学正在开展“传承雷锋精神，引领文明风气”的活动，同学们在活动中得到成长。雷锋精神像春风一样拂过了同学的心灵，播下乐于奉献、乐于助人的种子，一个个活雷锋不断涌现。
最近，学校开展了“一帮一”的学习活动。学习优秀的学生帮助学困生。我们班的许多成绩优秀的同学纷纷参加了这项活动，特别是我们班的学习委员，几个同学在她的帮助下，成绩提高了不少。
曾记得，汶川大地震时，我们全校师生纷纷伸出援手;曾记得，我校一名学生身患白血病，全校师生含泪倾洒爱心;曾记得，我们学校的退休老师杨斌身患重病时，我们全校师生捐款为他治病……一幕幕感人的画面，一件件感动的事迹，正在诠释着雷锋精神，它无声地告诉我们：雷锋，永远活在我们心中!驿路梨花处处开，雷锋精神代代传。我相信，雷锋精神必将在我们身上延续!同学们，让我们行动起来吧，用自己的满腔热忱共唱一首雷锋的赞歌，让雷锋精神永驻我们的校园，让雷锋精神永远活在我们的心中!让我们把雷锋精神发扬光大，扎根于我们心中，让爱充满整个校园，温暖同学的心间。

各位为自由而奋斗的劳动者和将士：
我的朋友，伟大而卓越的罗斯福总统，刚才已经发表过圣诞前夕的演说，已经向全美国的家庭致友爱的献词。我现在能追随骥尾讲几句话，内心感到无限的荣幸。
我今天虽然远离家庭和祖国，在这里过节，但我一点也没有异乡的感觉。我不知道，这是由于本人母亲的血统和你们相同，抑或是由于本人多年来在此地所得的友谊，抑或是由于这两个文字相同、信仰相同、理想相同的国家，在共同奋斗中所产生出来的同志感情，抑或是由于上述三种关系的综合。总之，我在美国的政治中心地——华盛顿过节，完全不感到自己是一个异乡之客。我和各位之间，本来就有手足之情，再加上各位欢迎的盛意，我觉得很应该和各位共坐炉边，同享这圣诞之乐。
但今年的圣诞前夕，却是一个奇异的圣诞前夕。因为整个世界都卷入了一种生死搏斗之中，使用着科学所能设计的恐怖武器来互相*。假若我们不是深信自己对别国领土和财富没有贪图的恶意，没有攫取物资的野心，没有卑鄙的念头，那么我们今年的圣诞节，一定很难过。
战争的狂潮虽然在各地奔腾，使我们心惊肉跳，但在今天，每一个家庭都在宁静的、肃穆的气氛里过节。今天晚上，我们可以暂且把恐惧和忧虑抛开、忘记，而为那些可怜的孩子们布置一个快乐的晚会。全世界说英语的家庭，今晚都应该变成光明的和平的小天地，使孩子们尽量享受这个良宵，使他们因为得到父母的恩物而高兴，同时使我们自己也能享受这种无牵无挂的乐趣，然后我们担起明年艰苦的任务，以各种的代价，使我们孩子所应继承的产业，不致被人剥夺；使他们在文明世界中所应有的自由生活，不致被人破坏。因此，在上帝庇佑之下，我谨祝各位圣诞快乐。
belief in yourself is the secret of success
from the moment we are born, our destiny had been set. it is the start of our life. as a little child, we go to school and are curious to everything in the world.
when we get older, we tend to understand the function in this world.
we start to think, sometimes wonder about life. next thing we know, we are growing up. the world is changing, and our life is changing everyday.
right now, this particular moment in our life, we think again.
we have we done in our life?
are we successful?
are we rich?
are we happy? and flashbacks starts, the memories took charge of our brain.
we reflect to ourselves, we question ourselves.
why are we not successful?
why are we not rich?
why are we not happy?
then, we need to ask how.
how to be successful?
how to be rich?
how to be happy?
with the questions, we figure out the answers. one of the dominating techqniue to be successful is first start from yourself. believe in yourself. if you don't believe in what you can do, then who else?
if you don't care about yourself, then who else? trust your feelings, believe that you can do it. and as long as you hold that thought, nothing, nothing can stop you.
the successful future right ahead of you are led by a pathway called belief.

每个人都有自己的理想，所不同的是理想的大小、远近和种类，如有的人想当科学家，有的人想当文学家等等。有了理想，如何实现呢?概而言之，就是要靠奋斗来实现，靠不懈的努力和艰辛的劳动来实现。
为了实现理想，当强敌压境、国家民族危在旦夕时，有多少人挺身而出，为捍卫祖国的领土主权而战。民族英雄岳飞带领岳家军奋勇抗金;张、杨二位将军不顾个人安危，逼蒋抗日。敌人被赶走了，民族得到了生存和发展。当统治者昏庸腐朽，横征暴敛，人民无法生活下去时，有奋少人揭竿而起，反抗强权，救民于水火之中。陈胜、吴广起义，是为了穷苦百姓的生存;李自成、黄巢起义，是为了推翻腐朽政权，他们推劝了社会的进步和发展。当人民劳动强度过大，生活极为贫苦，劳动生产率十分低下时，有多少人研究、发明和创造，以提高劳动生产率，改.人民生活。李冰父子兴修都江堰，泽被后世;黄道婆给家乡人民传授幼织技术;即使是充军伊犁的林则徐也在那里和群众一道修水利、栽葡翻，为民造福，他们在人民的心中永远是英雄!
为了实现理想，个人必须作出牺牲，甚至献出宝贵的生命。这是因为，理想不是空想，不是梦想，更不是幻想。空想是没有什么意义的，梦想只是美丽的海市厘楼，幻想更是异想天开的产物，而理想是实实在在的，来不得半点虚假和伪装，尤其是为了实现它的时候，更要付出惊人的代价，乃至生命。为了实现世界大同的理想，马克思潜心钻研，在流亡中仍坚持不懈，作出了巨大的牺牲，终于为人类奠定了共产主义的伟大理想，使我们有了远大的奋斗目标。我国民主革命的伟大先行者孙中山，为了推翻清政府，建立一个强盛的中国，他奋斗了40年，以至他不满60岁就离开了人世。新时代干部的楷模孔萦森，为了阿里人民的生活和安宁，他访贫问苦，日夜操劳，视众多老人为父母，待所有的孩子如子女，不幸牺牲在一次车祸中。这些人，为了实现理想，把个人利益抛之脑后，并为之献出了宝贵的生命，他们理想的实现，是用生命换来的!
同学们，理想是美好的，奋斗更为重要。要实现理想，必须付出劳动，作出牺牲。为了实现理想，让我们努力奋斗吧!

so now i'd like to share with you what's in my suitcase today. guess what? books. i have a suitcase full of books. here's margaret atwood, “cat's eye.“ here's a novel by milan kundera. and here's “the guide for the perplexed“ by maimonides. but these are not exactly my books. i brought these books with me because they were written by my grandfather's favorite authors.
my grandfather was a rabbi and he was a widower who lived alone in a small apartment in brooklyn that was my favorite place in the world when i was growing up, partly because it was filled with his very gentle, very courtly presence and partly because it was filled with books. i mean literally every table, every chair in this apartment had yielded its original function to now serve as a surface for swaying stacks of books. just like the rest of my family, my grandfather's favorite thing to do in the whole world was to read.
but he also loved his congregation, and you could feel this love in the sermons that he gave every week for the 62 years that he was a rabbi. he would takes the fruits of each week's reading and he would weave these intricate tapestries of ancient and humanist thought. and people would come from all over to hear him speak.
but here's the thing about my grandfather. underneath this ceremonial role, he was really modest and really introverted -- so much so that when he delivered these sermons, he had trouble making eye contact with the very same congregation that he had been speaking to for 62 years. and even away from the podium, when you called him to say hello, he would often end the conversation prematurely for fear that he was taking up too much of your time. but when he died at the age of 94, the police had to close down the streets of his neighborhood to accommodate the crowd of people who came out to mourn him. and so these days i try to learn from my grandfather's example in my own way.

英国的培根说过：“合理安排时间，就等于节约时间。”以前我做事毫无头绪，想到哪做到哪，总是浪费了许多时间，今天我就要合理安排看能不能节约时间。
前天晚上我就写好了计划。七点起床，刷牙，洗脸，七点半吃饭，然后写作业。
第二天早上，我按照计划早早地起来了，只花了十分钟，就刷完了牙，吃完饭，就立马开始写作业。我先拿出数学黄冈来写，我认真读题，计算仔细，争取全对，避免改错浪费时间。给妈妈一检查，只错了一道题。由于做作业的时候认真，减少了错题，还没有被罚抄错题，我心里十分高兴。接下来我又开始写英语作业。我先复习了一下，才开始写题。由于复习的原因，作业写得很顺利，几乎没什么困难。我这才发现，写作业前先复习一下，不仅错题、难题减少了，连单词也记得更牢了。最后是写作文。我感觉今天就是个很好的例子，于是就把今天的事写了下来。以前我写作业总是坐不住，写一会儿玩儿一会儿，总是要花一上午的时间才写完，还有很多错题，浪费了时间。而今天我合理地安排、专心致志的写，不到两小时就做完了作业，还节约了不少的时间。这也说明我以前做事不安排好计划，就是在浪费时间。
“合理安排时间，就等于节约时间。”这句话说的太对了，以后我做什么事情合理地安排时间，然后专心致致地去做，这样才能节约时间。

亲爱的同仁，生活它是一个相互依存的整体，谁都不可能孤立生存，我们要知恩、感恩、报恩，让感恩成为我们生活中的一种美好旋律。虽然我们改变不了世界，但我们可以改变自己的心态;也许我们成不了金钱的富翁，但我们可以成为精神富足的人。让我们心怀感恩，快乐工作，让我们将感恩的心化作动力，把市局领导倡导的“默默奉献、团结协作、拼搏进取、勇争第一”的精神落实到实际工作中去，谦虚谨慎，扎实工作，聚财为国，执法为民，爱岗敬业，务实创新，为建设和谐国税贡献我们自己应有的力量!
when i was nine years old i went off to summer camp for the first time. and my mother packed me a suitcase full of books, which to me seemed like a perfectly natural thing to do. because in my family, reading was the primary group activity. and this might sound antisocial to you, but for us it was really just a different way of being social. you have the animal warmth of your family sitting right next to you, but you are also free to go roaming around the adventureland inside your own mind. and i had this idea that camp was going to be just like this, but better. (laughter) i had a vision of 10 girls sitting in a cabin cozily reading books in their matching nightgowns.
(laughter)
camp was more like a keg party without any alcohol. and on the very first day our counselor gathered us all together and she taught us a cheer that she said we would be doing every day for the rest of the summer to instill camp spirit. and it went like this: “r-o-w-d-i-e, that's the way we spell rowdie. rowdie, rowdie, let's get rowdie.“ yeah. so i couldn't figure out for the life of me why we were supposed to be so rowdy, or why we had to spell this word incorrectly. (laughter) but i recited a cheer. i recited a cheer along with everybody else. i did my best. and i just waited for the time that i could go off and read my books.
but the first time that i took my book out of my suitcase, the coolest girl in the bunk came up to me and she asked me, “why are you being so mellow?“ -- mellow, of course, being the exact opposite of r-o-w-d-i-e. and then the second time i tried it, the counselor came up to me with a concerned expression on her face and she repeated the point about camp spirit and said we should all work very hard to be outgoing.
and so i put my books away, back in their suitcase, and i put them under my bed, and there they stayed for the rest of the summer. and i felt kind of guilty about this. i felt as if the books needed me somehow, and they were calling out to me and i was forsaking them. but i did forsake them and i didn't open that suitcase again until i was back home with my family at the end of the summer.
now, i tell you this story about summer camp. i could have told you 50 others just like it -- all the times that i got the message that somehow my quiet and introverted style of being was not necessarily the right way to go, that i should be trying to pass as more of an extrovert. and i always sensed deep down that this was wrong and that introverts were pretty excellent just as they were. but for years i denied this intuition, and so i became a wall street lawyer, of all things, instead of the writer that i had always longed to be -- partly because i needed to prove to myself that i could be bold and assertive too. and i was always going off to crowded bars when i really would have preferred to just have a nice dinner with friends. and i made these self-negating choices so reflexively, that i wasn't even aware that i was making them.
now this is what many introverts do, and it's our loss for sure, but it is also our colleagues' loss and our communities' loss. and at the risk of sounding grandiose, it is the world's loss. because when it comes to creativity and to leadership, we need introverts doing what they do best. a third to a half of the population are introverts -- a third to a half. so that's one out of every two or three people you know. so even if you're an extrovert yourself, i'm talking about your coworkers and your spouses and your children and the person sitting next to you right now -- all of them subject to this bias that is pretty deep and real in our society. we all internalize it from a very early age without even having a language for what we're doing.
