Another thing you should be aware of is to lock you house after you leave or after you come in. Also, check the lights and stoves before you go to sleep. Those are all examples of how to protect yourself. I think safety is the most important thing in life.

上午好!今天我讲话的题目是《树立安全防范意识，构建平安和谐校园》。
有人说，生命是宝藏;有人说，生命是黄金。我说，生命是花，就像春天绚丽多彩的花。世界因如花的生命而精彩，可是，有的人却轻易地让生命之花过早地凋谢了。
大家知道，人类最基本的需求——除了对空气、水和食物的需要外，就是安全了。报纸、电视、新闻的内容越来越让人感到恐惧，如火灾、矿难、洪水、海啸、地震、车祸、战争、恐怖袭击、暴力等等，我们已经确信自己生活的环境不能100%的安全了。
作为学生，一年有绝大部分时间在学校和学校周围生活。在这个人口密集，面积狭小的特殊的环境里，安全更是我们的一直关注的重点，国家有关部门为此专门立了相关法律法规，制定了相关条例。如《学生伤害事故处理办法》、《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》等，同时国家也提出了“安全工作责任重于泰山”、“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，同时，国家又成立了安全总局，负责全国安全工作的管理，这说明国家非常重视安全工作。调查显示，我国中小学生因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水、治安事故、暴力犯罪等死亡，平均每天有40多人，相当于每天有一个班的学生失去他们如花的生命!楼房拥挤造成学生受伤，课间追逐打闹造成骨折，课堂上被铅笔头扎伤、实验过程中被烫伤、溺水身亡、学生打架斗殴以及车祸等意外事故令人防不胜防。枯燥冰冷的数字，这些令人心颤的事实背后我们看见了什么呢?逝者以他们的鲜活而短暂的生命向我们提出了哪些警示呢?望老师、同学深思!
尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，未知遭遇常让我们胆战心惊，手足无措，但研究表明，通过加强自我保护意识，提高自我保护能力，若能在灾难和伤害降临的初期，及时采取正确的措施，80%的伤害是可以避免的。
我们小学生正处于生理的发育阶段，心理非常单纯，最容易受到各种各样的伤害。但是，生命总是眷顾有安全意识的人，而安全意识是从日常行为中体现出来的。比如：遵纪守法，遵守交通规则，自觉抵制暴力、黄色信息和毒，遇事要冷静，做事多想想后果，做到三思而行，同学间有了矛盾要冷静解决，不要以非对非。学会求助他人，学会躲避风险，如：遇到火灾要及时报告大人，或拨打119报警电话，不能贸然只身去救火，因为我们小学生人小无能力;遭遇暴力(以大欺小)一定要想办法及时脱身，报告老师或拨打110电话报案，要学会拒绝别人的无理要求或不良诱惑，养成良好的生活习惯，这些知识很简单，但如果做不到，我们的健康甚至生命就可能收到威胁，同时我还希望同学们做到“四防”，即：防火——严禁玩火，禁止把火源带入学校，杜绝火灾事故发生，一旦遭遇火灾，要学会正确的逃生方法(班主任按要求指导学生);防水——严禁私自下河堰洗澡，杜绝溺水事故的发生，如果发生同伴溺水的危急事情，要马上就近找到大人求救，千万不能因为害怕而逃离现场;防盗——关好门窗，注意自身财物的保管;防自身安全——自觉遵守公共秩序、社会公德和学校安全常规，严禁课间或户外活动时不听从老师教导、追逐吵闹伤害事故的发生。
同时，我希望全体员工要进一步增强“校园安全责任重于泰山”和“我是安全工作责任人”的意识，每一个人在自己所在的岗位上把好每一关，关心学生胜于关心自己(今天下午的火场逃生演习全体师生参加，除班主任、进班老师外，科任老师一律随班参加);各个班级要高度重视安全工作，做到“四化”——教育经常化，制度科学化，安全措施具体化，学生行为规范化，努力创建安全文明校园，为学生勤奋学习，快乐生活，全面发展提供一个和谐的环境。
最后，让我们牢记“珍惜生命，关注安全”，祝我们的同学们在江海一小美丽、可爱的校园里学习进步，健康成长。

要尊重生命，就要尊重规则。遵守规则是一种责任，一种道德，一种权力，一种义务。遵守规定才能保证安全，这是安全生产的经验。安全源于长期的警惕，事故源于瞬间的麻痹，思想上的懈怠麻痹必然导致安全隐患和违规行为的存在。即使偶然的现象发生，即使偶然的违规发生，也有可能犯错，成为永远的遗憾。没有安全，我们就失去了和谐、美好、美丽的大家庭，就没有企业的可持续发展。一切事故都可以避免，松懈瘫痪，一切事故都可以发生。遵守规定是水源，是树的根，是安全的基础。

早上好!我今天演讲的题目是《校园安全，从我做起》。
生命对于我们每一个人只有一次。据统计，我国每年有1.6万中小学生非正常死亡，其中约有80%的非正常死亡是人为的。
为了让这些校园悲剧不再重演，倡议同学们要做好以下几点：
1、要自觉遵守校规校纪，有次序的用餐、出操、集会等的活动。
2、不攀坐学校各楼层的护栏、窗台，上下楼梯要靠右行走，不要互相推攘，不要在楼梯和走廊上追逐、奔跑、打闹，不攀上门窗、栏杆来打扫卫生或做其他任何事。
3、在校期间未经允许不得私自离校，更不能攀爬围墙出校。
4、不能在宿舍及其他场所违规使用明火，不要损坏消防器材，不要在任何场所私拉、乱接电线。
5、不要打架斗殴，更不能纠集校外人员寻衅滋事。同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静，要理智，切忌用拳头代替说理，从而给自己和同学带来不良的后果。
6、体育活动，实验课及其他户外活动，要严格服从老师指挥，严守操作规程，不要擅自行动。
7、注意饮食卫生，防止病从口入，不吃霉烂过期食品，不吃零食，不喝生水，养成良好的卫生习惯。
8、在上学，放学途中，不要随意和陌生人说话，更不能和陌生人一起离开。
9、正值流感的爆发性季节，目前预防流感的形势还相当严峻，希望同学们要自觉做防范措施。

A couple of days ago,one of my classmates bought a bag of food from a supermarket. Some roommates were invited to enjoy the food. Unfortunately,after finishing it,all of them got
poisoned and had stomachaches with their faces pale. They were quickly sent to a nearby hospital.
A doctor examined them and gave them some medicine. They were out of danger soon after taking the medicine.
This accident made me realize the seriousness of the food safety problem. I sincerely hope that the whole society pay much more attention to food safety.
